Shipping & returns
What are the shipping fees?
At Nova's Jewellery, shipping is always free .
How long does shipping take?
Processing: After placing your order, we need 3 to 5 business days to process it.
Orders placed over the weekend: Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a bit longer to process.
Delivery: Once your order is processed, it will be immediately shipped. Delivery typically takes 15 to 21 business days.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, every confirmed order is sent an email with an order number.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full amount, excluding return shipping fees, once the product is returned in good condition.

To extend the lifespan of your jewellery, we recommend cleaning it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, and cleaning products, and store your pieces in a dry, airtight pouch or box to prevent tarnishing.
